Terms and conditions

These terms apply to rentals of lockers, power banks, and other equipment from Volt ApS. Booking and payment A booking is confirmed once payment is completed. Access details are sent to the email address and phone number given at checkout, shortly before the rental period starts. Deposits Some products carry a refundable deposit, taken at pickup and returned when the equipment is handed back in working order. The deposit amount is shown on the product page and in the cart before checkout. Use of equipment Equipment is rented for the duration and at the location stated in the booking. Volt is not responsible for items left inside a locker. Lockers are accessible during the event's opening hours. Cancellation Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days before the rental period starts for a full refund, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
